27th June – 7th July saw the return of the New Designers exhibition held at the Business Design Centre in Islington. Showcasing some of the latest design talent for 2012 in a room with over 3500 design graduates amongst inspiring and hopeful designs, this was one event not to miss! These recent graduates are producing design solutions that are changing the way that we operate as a society. Filled with varying exhibits from different design disciplines such as: furniture, textiles, jewellery, product design & illustration. Below, to name a few, are some of exhibitors that were interesting to see:

A beautiful idea- trying to engage people in writing – an instant postcard. You stand in front of the red box, follow the instructions then a photo can either be taken of you, or you can choose from a selection of images. Instantly a postcard is produced, which you then write your message on, stamp (stamp provided) and post in the box. Great idea for possible events, similar to how http://megabooth.com/involves its audience.
