Paper - Saatchi Gallery
The Saatchi Gallery and their latest exhibition ‘Paper’ is a response to how the world has become so paperless. 44 international artists have used paper in very different ways from big pieces of crumpled paper, origami and paint on paper – take a look at our favourites from the exhibition.
Yuken Teruya – Each of these trees have been sculpted out of the paper bag, they are so intricate and beautiful, even when the McDonald’s bag was used.
Jose Lerma and Hector Madera the Spanish born artists created the largest work in the exhibition, they made a portrait of retired boxer Emanuel Augustus made from different coloured crumpled paper.
