To raise money for the charity of the New Zealand rugby team The All Blacks, KidsCan StandTall, writer and producer James Kerr followed the team for weeks, documenting their charity work.
With photography by world-class photojournalist Nick Danziger, Kerr created a book, Mana, with all profits of its sale going to the charity. He approached Nirvana to produce the packaging for special editions of the book to complement the striking black-and-white imagery.
We used Nuba, a paper-based material that emulates nubuck leather, debossed with the Mana title. The inside of the box used a buckram embossed Colorplan, screen printed in silver and white.
