‘7ft Cowboy’ is the denim line brought into realisation by British designers Bayode & Claire Odiwole who work under the banner of Pokit.

The idea was to bring Pokit’s unique British style to the old world of traditional jeans manufacturing. America does American Jeans, Japan does American Jeans and Pokit gives you American Jeans through an English lens.

This is not a fashion jean, but a jean 100% manufactured in the UK from Italian 15oz denim. Pokit take the classic details and add a twist of England. Just like the Prospectors from the 19th century took British tailoring to the West and the West spat out the Cowboy, Pokit take the ultimate American Utilitarian garment and give it a UK spin. It’s powerful American heritage references and authenticity of materials such as 15oz narrow loom vintage denim allows Seven Foot Cowboy to be fresh, fun and innovative but in that unique British way.
