Over the course of four months this summer, premium vodka brand Grey Goose set out to bring a taste of the French Riviera to a series of cities cross the US and Europe. Starting in New York, Ibiza and – naturally – Paris back in June, the Boulangerie Bleue touched down everywhere from Toronto and New Orleans to Amsterdam and Marbella. It brought with it a selection of French breads and pastries, all washed down with a generous helping of Grey Goose’s signature champagne cocktail, Le Grand Fizz.
To help Grey Goose prepare for the Munich leg of the Boulangerie’s tour in August, Nirvana produced an exclusive run of invitations, to be sent out to the German city’s VIPs and influencers.
Befitting an event on the edge of the Bavarian forest, the invites were formed from 3mm European oak, silk-screen printed and whitewashed to allow the unique grain of each to come to the fore. The outer packaging, meanwhile, reflected the brand’s signature colours, and two-thirds of the French tricolore, in a bold, blue-and-white striped design.
