Puma evoPOWER fever has been in full swing since the retail launch of the boot at the start of February, with players and punters alike excited by the prospect of a new approach to a ‘power’ football boot.
To mark the retail launch we worked with Neighbour Communications to produce bespoke boxes which Puma distributed under mysterious cover to some key accounts and key bloggers for them to help tell the evoPOWER story to their audience.
Each package contained one of the sought-after presentation boxes for their latest release.
Using a thick black uncoated board digitally printed with a double hit white with a 4 colour process match of the ‘fluro peach’ used on the upper of the evoPOWER boot, the monolithic presentation box is delightfully minimalistic on the outside. Keeping the #StartBelieving hashtag that Puma launched in January on the box.
On each side are die-cut silhouettes over a pop-art-style graphic of the foot on the inner tray.
Inside, the box is much more colourful with the lining in the eye-catching fluro peach to match the boot upper with the same fluro yellow used on the bottom of the box, with pre-cut slots for each of the boots studs for securing in place for reveal experience.
