When the time came to rebrand the iconic British house in 2019, Dunhill’s creative team was determined to draw heavily on its illustrious heritage while remaining relevant for the twenty-first century consumer.
But how do you convey those lofty ambitions during and after the in-store experience?
This was the question put to us by Dunhill, who called on brilliant designer Vincent Villeger and our Studio, Insight and Production teams to develop, design and produce an updated retail packaging offering that reflected the brand’s values and reworked identity.
Our Studio produced a suite of Packaging Guidelines which are an integral part of product development, aiding the sampling process and a tool for future brand collaboration, development and communicating the range of packaging available for stores to order.
With its bespoke all-over emboss, deep black finish and 40 per cent post consumer waste content, the collection of retail bags and boxes delivers timeless elegance with environmental sustainability at its core, positioning Dunhill as a forward-thinking, conscious brand for the twenty-first century.
